What's the process for installing an EV charger?

The process begins with an online assessment, where you provide details about your home, charging needs, and share pictures of your electrical panel and desired charging location. Based on this information, you'll receive an upfront pricing estimate or a custom proposal from one of our certified installers.

Upon payment of a fully refundable deposit, your installation project is assigned to a zipp-certified installer who reviews it within 48 hours.

The installer assesses the provided information to confirm the scope of work, emails you to confirm the installation estimate and permit costs, and may schedule a site visit if necessary.

After you approve the estimate, the installer contacts you to schedule the installation, with timing dependent on local permit processing and scheduling availability.

Following completion of the installation, you receive a final invoice, confirmation of the one-year warranty, and a customer satisfaction survey.
