   - The installed EV charger is found to be defective or malfunctioning, and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.
   - The installation does not meet local building codes or regulatory requirements.

   To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of the completion of the installation. You may be required to provide evidence, such as photographs or detailed descriptions of the issues encountered, to support your refund request.

 

3. Evaluation and Resolution:
   Upon receiving your refund request, our team will assess the circumstances and determine the appropriate course of action. This may involve scheduling a follow-up visit to address any issues or providing a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.

 

4. Timelines:
   Refunds will be processed promptly once the request has been approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.

 

5. Non-Refundable Fees:
   Certain fees may be non-refundable, such as consultation fees, permit costs, or additional materials required for the installation.

7. Warranty Coverage:
   Please note that our EV charger installations come with a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and installation materials. If your EV charger experiences any issues due to installation and is covered under the warranty, we will repair any installation work at no additional cost.
